96-year-old man injured, robbed in Sunset Station parking garage

A 96-year-old man was attacked and robbed at Sunset Station Wednesday afternoon, Henderson police said.

The man, who was using a walker, was hit from behind and robbed by an assailant on the third floor of the hotel-casino’s parking garage about 4 p.m. Wednesday. He was hospitalized due to injuries suffered in the attack, according to police.

Surveillance video from the casino, on Sunset Road near Stephanie Street, has been released by police in an attempt to identify and locate the suspect.
