A SEA OF DANCE MUSIC LOVERS FILL SPEEDWAY FOR ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL

The Electric Daisy Carnival opened Friday with the first of three massive crowds expected at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. About 350,000 fans are anticipated for the three-day dance music festival. The debut evening featured more than 70 DJs playing across seven stages from dusk until dawn, including Kaskade, Sebastian Ingrosso, Benny Benassi, Afrojack, Above & Beyond and Knife Party. They were surrounded by more than 500 theatrical performers, fire twirlers, aerialists, dancers and stilt walkers, amid a landscape dotted with full sized carnival rides and large-scale interactive art.
