Arizona high school teacher accused of kissing student
An extensive investigation and interviews with high school students in Kingman, Ariz., have resulted in a single misdemeanor assault charge for a drama teacher.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office said Harry Thomas Schueren, 32, was arrested Wednesday.
Agency spokeswoman Trish Carter said the charge stems from an incident in which Schueren is accused of kissing a male student at Kingman High School two years ago.
Kingman Unified School District Superintendent Roger Jacks said Schueren was placed on administrative leave at the start of the investigation and likely faces a personnel hearing early next year.
