Anthony Carleo, son of Las Vegas Municipal Judge George Assad, faces three to 36 years in prison for the Dec. 14, 2010 heist of the Bellagio casino.

The 29-year-old is expected to plead guilty to the same charges Thursday to robbing the Suncoast on Dec. 9 of $18,000. He will face the same possible sentence in that case.

Immigration officials said they intend to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda, after he declined an offer to be sent to Costa Rica in exchange for remaining in jail and pleading guilty to human smuggling charges, his defense attorneys told a court Saturday.
