Coroner determines bone found in North Las Vegas trash was from animal

A bone found amid recycled waste at a North Las Vegas trash transfer station was an animal bone, according to the Clark County coroner.

Officer Chrissie Coon said North Las Vegas police were told the bone had been found and set aside sometime within the past two weeks.
