Dust advisory issued for Las Vegas Valley

A dust advisory has been issued for the Las Vegas Valley from this afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

The Clark County Department of Air Quality and Environmental Management advises residents and companies doing construction work of the possibility of blowing dust.

Airborne dust aggravates respiratory diseases. Children, the elderly and people with respiratory diseases are urged to stay indoors.

For more information, visit the air quality Web site, www.accessclarkcounty.com/depts/daqem/Pages/index.aspx.
