Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval delivers his first State of the State address in Carson City on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011. With state revenues failing to meet previous spending levels, Sandoval presented a budget plan that contained cuts to state agencies, and sought to reallocate tax money collected by cities and counties.
