Justice of the peace Incumbent faces attorney for position in November

The incumbent justice of the peace and a local attorney will square off in the general election for Las Vegas Justice Court Department 3.
With 100 percent of Clark County precincts reporting in Tuesday's primary, Justice of the Peace Tony Abbatangelo was leading with 40 percent of the vote.
He will face attorney Janiece Marshall, who picked up 32 percent of the vote, in November
In the race for Las Vegas Justice Court Department 13, Judge Pro Tem Suzan Baucum will battle Pro Tem Justice of the Peace James Leslie Gubler.
Baucum secured 35 percent of the vote, while Gubler squeaked by with 19 percent -- about 150 votes more than Chief District Attorney Frank Coumou -- to stay in the race.
For Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Department 14, primary voters chose Chief Deputy Attorney General Conrad Hafen and Deputy District Attorney Bernie Zadrowski.
Hafen garnered 41 percent of the vote, and Zadrowski advanced with 30 percent of the vote, nearly 2 percent more than his closest competitor.
Colby Beck had 29 percent of the vote, losing by more than 1,000 votes.
The general election is Nov. 2.
