Juvenile dies in ATV crash near Logandale

A juvenile died in an off-road ATV crash near Logandale on Wednesday night, according to Las Vegas police.

Metro Lt. David Gordon said a male juvenile died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash. Police responded just before 6 p.m.

Logandale is about 60 miles northeast of Las Vegas.

The juvenile was the only one involved in the crash, which is being investigated by Metro's Accident Investigation Section.

Metro would not release additional details Wednesday night, including the age of the juvenile.
