Linda Cooney appeared before Justice of the Peace William Jansen on Nov. 19, 2011, for violation of a court order. In September Cooney was barred from any contact with her son Kevin who she shot in the neck in June. A health care worker testified that Kevin Cooney had told her that his brother, Chris, had facilitated a phone call with Linda.
