Man arrested after women report seeing him naked in bushes

A man who admitted to indecent exposure acts and might have also rode a skateboard naked through parks has been arrested by Henderson police.

Franke J. Saunders, 18, was arrested on Oct. 10 and is being held on 11 counts of open or gross lewdness in the Henderson Detention Center. His bail is set at $53,500.

Police officers went to Puccini Park in Seven Hills on Sept. 20 after two women reported seeing a naked man in the bushes. After an investigation, officers found Saunders at his parents’ house and arrested him.
