Man arrested in marijuana grow house raid

Las Vegas police raided a marijuana grow house in the south valley Tuesday afternoon.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mossy Bark Court near Cactus Avenue and Bermuda Road about 2:45 p.m. and confiscated several hundred plants.

A man in his late 20s was arrested at the house.

Police believe this grow house is connected to three other grow houses that were raided last week. Approximately $1 million of marijuana was confiscated from the four houses, police said.

The man arrested during Tuesday’s raid faces multiple charges involving drugs and possession of a firearm.

This is the 10th grow house Las Vegas police have raided in 2014.
