A man was indicted on drunken driving charges for striking the vehicle of two plain-clothed police officers, prosecutors said Friday.

Agusto Martinez, age unknown, faces two counts of DUI causing substantial bodily harm and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.

Prosecutor Brian Rutledge said Martinez’ blood-alcohol level was over 0.20, more than twice the legal limit at the time of the crash on Nov. 20, 2010. The crash happened on U.S. Highway 95, near Eastern Avenue.

Las Vegas police officers Richard Tennant and Donald Shane were injured in the crash.

Judge Gloria Sturman set bail at $150,000 for Martinez, who was not in custody.

An Israeli strike in Gaza killed at least 22 people, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, while the Israeli army said it targeted a Hamas command center in what used to be a school.
