Nevada Air Guard members to be honored at ceremony

Top Nevada Air Guard members will be honored this weekend for exemplary service and dedication.

Lt. Gen. Harry "Bud" Wyatt will preside over the ceremony to be held today at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Wyatt is national director of the Air National Guard.

Senior Airman William Marler of Reno will be recognized as Airman of the Year. Tech. Sgt. Joshua Rogers of Reno is Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.

Master Sgt. Jason Farnsworth of Reno is being honored as First Sergeant of the Year, and 1st Lt. Lance King of Reno will receive an award for Company Grade Officer of the Year.
