O’Callaghan-Tillman Memorial Bridge checkup

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has hired Stantec engineers to perform a routine structural inspection of the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, near Hoover Dam, as a part of its ongoing commitment to safety for a biannual inspection. Because of the complexity of the bridge, NDOT tapped Stantec’s team of certified rope-access engineers to fully inspect the various elements of the bridge using this technique for which there are only approximately 60 technicians nationwide with the combined engineering and climbing background. This bridge inspection is part of a larger effort Stantec is providing on bridge structures throughout the state.
