Las Vegas City Hall open to the visitors Tuesday with several city departments moving in to the new facility at 495 S. Main St. The city borrowed about $146 million for the seven-story building.The building is a product of a lease-purchase agreement between the city and developer Forest City. Once the lease payments are complete the city will own the building.
