Pastor faces new child molestation charge

Henderson police on Tuesday arrested a pastor for a second time on charges relating to lewdness with a minor.
Otis Holland, 54, is being accused of lewdness with a minor under 14 and one count of dissuading a witness or victim from reporting a crime.
Police said the case involves a different victim from the incident that landed him in jail in December.
Holland, who ran the United Faith church in the lobby of a tax service at 2425 E. Hacienda Ave., near Tropicana and Eastern avenues, was arrested Dec. 17 after being accused of molesting a different teenage girl from his congregation.
That girl told Henderson police she was an eighth-grader when Holland began "counseling her" after her parents had separated.
One day after church, Holland molested her in his limousine, according to his arrest report.
He told her not to tell anyone "because he would go to prison for a long time. Reverend Otis also said that if she said anything he would be ruined because of her," the report read.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information with those or other incidents involving Holland are encouraged to call Henderson police at 267-4773.
