A pedestrian was killed Friday morning after being struck by a vehicle on a highway offramp.
The man, who was not identified, was struck by a Saturn in the Sahara Avenue exit off-ramp of Interstate 15 at about 2:15 a.m., the Nevada Highway Patrol reported.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Saturn will not be charged with a crime.
