Phoenix man killed in Sunday crash north of Lake Havasu City

KINGMAN, Ariz.– The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a two-vehicle collision that killed a Phoenix man Sunday just north of Lake Havasu City.

Police identified the man as 22-year-old Jeremy Thomas Iles.

The Toyota 4Runner driven by Iles was southbound on state Route 95 when it crossed the center line and struck an oncoming vehicle Sunday afternoon.

The occupants of the second vehicle were not injured.

Illes’ passenger, 20-year-old William Fred Sutalo of Phoenix, was hospitalized.
