Police seek information after car kills Las Vegas pedestrian
A 40-year-old Las Vegas man died Saturday night after he was struck by a car while crossing Boulder Highway.
The car left the scene of the accident, where the man was pronounced dead by medical personnel, according to Las Vegas police, who did not identify the victim.
Police said the man was crossing Boulder Highway where there was not a crosswalk about 9:47 p.m.
The pedestrian was hit by a car traveling northbound near Dalhart Avenue, between Sahara Avenue and Desert Inn Road.
The car, for which police had no description, fled northbound on Boulder Highway.
