Suspect sought in attack on woman

Las Vegas police are seeking the public's help in locating a teenage boy in connection with an attack on a woman last week near U.S. Highway 95 and Sky Pointe Drive.

On Monday afternoon, police described the juvenile as white, dark-haired and between the ages of 17 and 18. He's about 5-feet-10 inches tall and weighs between 170 and 200 pounds.

Police said the attack occurred on March 8 between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the tunnels under U.S. 95 and either Sky Pointe or Grand Teton drives. Police said the teen grabbed a female from behind and attempted to drag her into a tunnel.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, gray hooded sweatshirt with writing across the stomach area and tan shorts.
