Tabloid: Illusionist faces complaint

A former employee of illusionist Roy Horn has filed a sexual harassment complaint against the former headliner, according to the National Enquirer.

In addition to the complaint filed with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, the ex-employee has turned over a video to the Enquirer that is alleged to show the sexual misconduct, according to his attorney Michael Meier.

The harassment occurred earlier this year, the report states.

Meier told the Enquirer a civil suit will be filed, seeking monetary damages.

A representative for Horn said there would be no comment on the report.
