Teacher: Yeater had a ‘princess’ complex

Justin Bieber's accuser, former Las Vegan Mariah Yeater, had a "princess" complex in high school and required "major maintenance."

David Myrvold, who taught Yeater during her sophomore year at Western High School, said she "had an aura about her that she was going to be really something."

In a paternity lawsuit recently filed in San Diego Superior Court, Yeater, 20, alleges she got pregnant during a backstage hookup with Bieber at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Oct. 25, 2010.

She has a 3-month-old son.

Bieber, 17, has denied involvement and indicated he will take a paternity test this month.

Yeater was in Myrvold's life skills class and took driver's education from him for a semester before dropping out of school, he said.

Myrvold, 69, said Yeater had a narcissistic side and "definitely wanted attention."

She was "very disruptive" in class, often sitting on the floor and "had to have her way."

She was so self-assured, Myrvold said, "she would intimidate any 16- or 17-year-old boy."

He added, "she was very flirtatious and tried to wheel-and-deal me" to curry favor.

Yeater appeared to have an interest in pursuing an entertainment career, he said, often asking questions about his singing background.

Myrvold, a former opera singer who performed in Las Vegas shows, said he would not have been surprised "if she had auditioned for 'American Idol.' "

"She was kind of a princess."
