Woman found dead inside burning trailer

A woman was found dead inside a burning trailer early today behind a home near Hickam Avenue and El Capitan Way, Las Vegas police said.

Multiple neighbors reported flames coming from the backyard of a home at 8875 Hickam Avenue around 4:25 a.m. today. When police and fire fighters arrived, a motor home and nearby travel trailer were ablaze.

A female body was found inside the trailer.

Fire investigators continue to uncover what caused the fire. It is unclear whether the woman was dead before the fire started.
