LETTER: Lower revenues forecast for the Strip

Forecasters predict a downturn in Nevada’s economy (Friday’s Review-Journal). They’re blaming everything — tariffs, inflation, whatever — except the real problem. Since corporate America has taken over the Strip, greed has come back to bite them. Ridiculous room rates, resort and parking fees, $20 cocktails. I visited here many times in the 1990s. There’s no comparison to those days.
