The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors reported increased home sales for the seventh straight month in July, with stable inventory and foreclosures lowering home prices slightly.
Pardee Homes is introducing two new single-story floor plans at its gated Bella Fiore neighborhood on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort. The two new floor plans include Plan Five, which measures about 2,307 square feet with three bedrooms, great room, island kitchen, three-car tandem garage and design options including a den, fourth bedroom and third bath and covered patio or enclosed Nevada room. Plan Six at Bella Fiore measures 2,593 square feet with three bedrooms, den, three-car tandem garage and courtyard with design options including a hobby room and guest suite.
Southern Highlands has added Phillips Homes, the newest builder in the Las Vegas market, to the neighborhood. Their attention to detail is one reason this home builder is now part of the Southern Highlands master-planned community, according to Nate Herlan, vice president of sales and marketing.
