Pardee Homes offers single-story floor plans

Pardee Homes is introducing two new single-story floor plans at its gated Bella Fiore neighborhood on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort. The two new floor plans include Plan Five, which measures about 2,307 square feet with three bedrooms, great room, island kitchen, three-car tandem garage and design options including a den, fourth bedroom and third bath and covered patio or enclosed Nevada room. Plan Six at Bella Fiore measures 2,593 square feet with three bedrooms, den, three-car tandem garage and courtyard with design options including a hobby room and guest suite.

"Bella Fiore is well-established at Lake Las Vegas Resort," Rob Tuvell, Pardee regional sales director, said.

"In response to our customers, we've added these two new single-story homes to the collection of six floor plans and we've priced them from the $500,000s, which, we believe will make them appealing to everyone from families to retirees who want to achieve the unique Lake Las Vegas lifestyle."

Located just off of Lake Las Vegas Parkway alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance, Bella Fiore is a collection of homes surrounded by the golf course, mountains and partial views of the Las Vegas Strip.

The Bella Fiore floor plans range from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and feature amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces, home offices and optional casita. Prices start from the high $600,000s.

Both the Plan One and Plan Four at Bella Fiore have earned regional and national awards for home design, according to Tuvell.

Pardee also offers hilltop living at Lake Las Vegas in the gated community of Tremezzo, featuring elegantly appointed one- and two-story homes that range from 3,176 to 4,316 square feet, priced from the $800,000s.

Pardee provides initial Silver memberships to The Club at Lake Las Vegas for home buyers in Bella Fiore and Tremezzo. Memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, and concierge service.

To visit Pardee's Bella Fiore neighborhood, take Interstate 215 east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the directional signs to Bella Fiore, just beyond The Falls Golf Course.
