Pardee Homes’ Horizon opens in Eldorado plan

Pardee Homes, the developer of Eldorado planned community, has opened the Horizon neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands, one of five communities offered by the builder in North Las Vegas.

"Pardee Homes has been offering communities in North Las Vegas for many years and continues to offer a variety of new home designs -- from entry-level homes to floor plans with up to six bedrooms," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director.

"We have a great legacy in North Las Vegas, where we began developing Eldorado in the early 1990s, and we're proud to continue in North Las Vegas with new communities," Tuvell said.

Located in Eldorado Highlands, on the north end of Eldorado near Aliante, the EnergySmart neighborhood of Horizon features one- and two-story homes with up to five bedrooms and four baths in four floor plans ranging from 2,027 to 3,010 square feet.

Exteriors feature Spanish Colonial, Andalusian and Italian designs, with prices starting from the mid-$200,000s. Home sites average about 6,000 square feet.

"Horizon is an EnergySmart neighborhood, which means that these homes are enhanced with money-saving and energy-efficient features including spectrally selective-glass that will keep the homes cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter," Tuvell said.

Next door to Horizon, Pardee's Northpointe in Eldorado Highlands, features one- to two-story homes with up to six bedrooms and three baths in four floor plans, ranging from 2,321 to 3,861 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$200,000s.

Eldorado includes a fire station, an elementary school named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello, the adjacent Eldorado Park and the 23-acre Seastrand Park. It is located close to retail, restaurant and medical facilities.

To visit, from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit south on Aliante Parkway then turn left onto Deer Springs Way. Take Deer Springs east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right.
