Yet there are a variety of solutions that can help relieve women of chronic pain, from exercise to identifying triggers, suggests a new review of research related to women and pain by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). This year’s Women’s Pain Update reveals women should not be shy in taking care of themselves, especially when it comes to daily pain.
