The Cavs owner keeps trolling the Warriors on Twitter
Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert once directed his trash talk at LeBron James when he took his talents from Cleveland to South Beach, writing in an open letter to Cavs fans that, among other things, “You simply don’t deserve this kind of cowardly betrayal.”
With James back in the fold and his team back in the NBA Finals, Gilbert has turned his attention to trolling the Warriors on Twitter, where early in the series he posted a picture of Andre Iguodala grabbing James’ jersey, writing, “Hey guys, if you really want a @KingJames @cavs jersey I can arrange 20% off in our @CavsTeamShop :) Photo cred: PD.”
Before Golden State guard Steph Curry went off for 37 points in a Game 5 victory, Gilbert retweeted the following joke from @SN_Ohio: “Warriors top performers in the Finals: 1. Kelly Olynyk 2. Kyrie’s knee 3. The Camera Man 4. Joey Crawford.” He posted, “Now that’s funny stuff.”
