■ HIGHLIGHTS: At Tucson, Ariz., Ike Davis hit two home runs for the second straight game, but they weren’t enough to lift the 51s (38-35), who mustered six hits. … Davis has four solo shots and is batting .333 (13-for-39) with eight RBIs in 11 games for Las Vegas since he was optioned by the New York Mets on June 10. The first baseman homered in the sixth and ninth innings and also drew a walk. … Wilmer Flores also belted a homer, his eighth of the season, in the first to put the 51s up 1-0. … Jonathan Galvez hit a tying homer in the third for Tucson (39-36). … Robbie Erlin allowed two runs on three hits in six innings for the Padres, with seven strikeouts and two walks.
