Amado in Summerlin showcases two collections
Nestled against the Spring Mountains in Summerlin, Amado is currently selling 14 home floor plans by Pulte Homes and Richmond American Homes.
Pulte Homes is offering six two-story home floor plans in two home collections: Ventana Amado and Terraza Amado.
Ventana Amado's floor plans range from 1,810 to 2,100 square feet and are priced in the low $200,000s.
Terraza Amado's floor plans range from 2,197 to 2,575 square feet and are priced starting in the mid-$200,000s.
Richmond American Homes also features two home collections at Amado: Amado Ridge and Amado Crest.
Amado Ridge's floor plans range from 1,450 to 2,250 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s.
Amado Crest offers both one- and two- story home floor plans that range from 1,850 to 3,050 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
Amado residents share a private neighborhood park that features open lawn and play areas and a neighborhood swimming pool and spa.
In addition, they enjoy close proximity to the community's newest park, The Mesa Park.
