Ardiente showcases models, plans, activities, amenities at grand opening

New model homes at Ardiente, the age-qualified community in North Las Vegas, were unveiled with an island-style celebration. Hundreds of guests attended the event, which featured entertainment, island music, food, activities and an opportunity to tour the new models by Shea Homes, the exclusive builder at Ardiente.

"This opening really showcased the Ardiente lifestyle," said Ryan Smith, community sales manager. "Response was overwhelmingly enthusiastic."

Activities included tennis clinics, bocce instructions, aerobics classes, line dancing, and dog training, as well as a talk entitled "Right Sizing Your Home." Golf clinics helped visitors visualize and practice their game on the putting green.

The island theme of the grand opening spotlighted the community's 20,000-square-foot clubhouse and two resort-style swimming pools.

"The event made it easy for guests to visualize the essence of Ardiente living, which focuses on freedom, connection and exploration," Smith said.

"With 320 days of sun each year, our pools and clubhouse are always available for year-round parties, recreation and relaxation."

The three new models -- Rome, Monaco and Nice -- are among 10 home designs available at Ardiente.

Created by Shea Homes, these homes feature as many as 12 floor plan options per plan, which provide buyers personalization. All are single-story and built to Shea Green Certified standards, which offer potential energy savings of up to 30 percent and a carbon footprint reduction of up to 48 percent.

The Rome home design measures 1,426 square feet and features two bedrooms, den and two baths with options for a third bedroom and extended patios. A covered patio next to the kitchen and nook area creates a space for cooking and dining.

Monaco measures 1,583 square feet and features two bedrooms, den and two baths with an option to convert the master bedroom into a master retreat.

The largest model, Nice, measures 1,930 square feet and features two bedrooms, den and two baths with a floating island in the kitchen, great room and private dining room off of a covered patio to maximize indoor and outdoor dining opportunities and SmartSpace laundry and work room.

"Our new SureStep program for qualified buyers makes the payments on select new Rome homes at Trilogy as little as $581 per month for the first year," Smith said. "These are the lowest interest rates we've ever been able to offer."

Shea Homes at Ardiente are priced from the $140,000s. The model gallery is open daily at 5840 Summit Greens St. in North Las Vegas.
