Bella Fiore to open new floor plans
Two new single-story floor plans will be introduced next weekend at Bella Fiore, a gated neighborhood of luxury homes by Pardee Homes on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort.
"Bella Fiore is a collection of elegant homes in a breathtaking setting surrounded by the golf course, scenic mountains and partial views of the Las Vegas Strip," said Rob Tuvell, Pardee Regional sales director. "These new floor plans increase the opportunity for families to achieve the unique Lake Las Vegas lifestyle."
Located just off of Lake Las Vegas Parkway alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance, the two new floor plans include the Plan Five, which measures about 2,307 square feet and Plan Six, which measures about 2,593 square feet. Prices are anticipated to start from the $500,000s.
"Bella Fiore's six floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community's Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences," said Tuvell. The existing Bella Fiore floor plans range in size from 2,822 to about 4,376 square feet and feature amenities such as interior courtyards with optional fireplaces, home offices and optional casitas. Prices start from the high $600,000s.
New homes at Bella Fiore are built to Pardee's EnergySmart standards that exceed local, state and national codes for energy efficiency. Each home has been enhanced with money-saving, energy-efficient features that include spectrally selective glass and vinyl framed windows. Both the Plan One and Plan Four at Bella Fiore have earned regional and national awards for home design, according to Tuvell.
To visit take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the directional signs to Bella Fiore, just beyond The Falls Golf Course.
