William Lyon Homes offers two-story homes on large lots in the final phases of its The Commons community, which is the northwestern valley.

"Home buyers have been so impressed by the designs of our two-story floor plans and the oversized lots at The Commons that we have just entered our final phase," said sales agent Maria Bengtson.
