Builders feature options in Summerlin’s The Mesa

Summerlin’s newest village, in the southwestern corner of the 22,500-acre master-planned community is bursting with activity.

The Mesa has several new single-family homes featuring 19 floor plans. Builders are working to make this another standout Summerlin neighborhood with distinct architectural elements and amenities inside and outside of these new homes.

Ryland Homes’ Amado Pointe homes are priced from the high $200,000s and offer four floor plans ranging from 2,175 to 2,389 square feet.

A key element to these two-story homes is Ryland’s signature rooftop deck that provides unobstructed views of Summerlin’s desert landscape and the Las Vegas Valley to the east.

These homes also come standard with entry foyers and a two-car garage.

Other options include a first-floor master bedroom, loggias and upgrades such as wet bars and a fireplace on the roof deck.

KB Home’s The Summit at Amado homes are priced at $276,990, $288,990 and $299,990, and measure 1,852, 2,055 and 2,256 square feet, respectively.

All homes come standard with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, second-floor laundry room, covered patio and a two-car garage. Floor plan options include 9-foot first-floor ceilings, a third bath, as many as two additional bedrooms, private covered balcony from the master bedroom suite and a front porch.

These energy-efficient homes also come with radiant roof barrier and dual-glazed low-e windows for energy efficiency.

Pulte Homes’ Terraza Amado is priced from $292,880 to $317,880 and offers homes from 2,100 to 2,575 square feet. Four, two-story floor plans offer as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths with choice of a second master bedroom suite.

Select floor plans boast open first-floor architecture with unobstructed entry from the great room to the kitchen and dining room.

Additional bonuses include 9-foot ceiling heights on the first and second floors, along with outdoor upgrades that include an optional courtyard as well as second-floor covered loggias and miradors.

Woodside Homes’ Cresta del Sol at Amado homes are priced in the low $300,000s and offers three floor plans at 2,236, 2,345 and 2,518 square feet.

These two-story homes include as many as five bedrooms, including an option for two master bedroom suites. An optional loft that overlooks a great room is also available. Kitchens include granite countertops, birchwood cabinets, pantries, stainless steel sinks and black or white General Electric appliances.

Richmond American Home’s Amado Crest neighborhood offers unique design options with five floor plans that include two-story and single-story ranch-style homes.

All include 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, five bedrooms, as many as four baths, two covered patios and intercoms.

Energy-efficient details include radiant roof barriers, dual-panes, low-e vinyl windows and sliding glass doors; and high-efficiency water heaters.

Special upgrades include a third covered patio, outdoor fireplace, built-in bookcase and desk and backyard landscaping.

Floor plans range from 1,850 to 3,250 square feet; prices start in the mid-$300,000s.

The Mesa village includes access to a 19-acre neighborhood park and private resident pool.
