Century Communities has homes ready for holidays

The holiday season is upon us, and shoppers of all kinds are looking for the best values available. Home shoppers don’t need to look any further than Tuscany Village in Henderson, where unique, Italian-inspired home designs meet the rolling hillsides of Tuscany in one of Henderson’s most popular communities. And for a limited time, the builder’s Sale of the Century is giving new homebuyers as much as $20,000 in savings plus brand-new financing options.

“Century Communities wants to make your holidays merry and bright, which includes offering a great deal on a brand-new home for you to enjoy,” said Marietta Manayan, sales agent at Tuscany Village.

Tuscany Village has eight new homes ready for immediate move-in, just in time to celebrate the holiday season and start of the New Year. Among them is a single-story Roma 1810 plan, which resident Steven Dunsmore said is perfect for him and his wife, Fariba. “We are from California, and moved from almost a 4,000-square-foot home,” he said. “We are empty nesters and really wanted to simplify. Our daughter will graduate from college next year and have a place of her own, so we bought this home just for us.”

Dunsmore said he and Fariba did their research when looking for a new home in Southern Nevada, and found the Tuscany Village community and the 1810 plan a perfect fit.

“We fell in love with the area,” he said. “We walk around the community about every other day and still think the 1810 was the best design for us. It is single story, which was an attraction. And it has two bedrooms and a den, plus a formal dining room that we wanted for our dining set. It also has large open spaces, which we liked.”

The plan includes two bedrooms, two baths and a den. The home is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, upgraded flooring, upgraded countertops and coffered ceilings.

The builder is offering special financing for all move-in ready homes, said Manayan. “This allows you to manage your monthly payments and stay within your budget. It makes homeownership an option for many who thought it wasn’t possible.”

Another move-in ready home at Tuscany Village is a 2,683 single-story plan with three bedrooms, a den and three baths. The home includes a gourmet-style kitchen with a multilevel cooking island, stainless-steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops and upgraded backsplashes, recessed lighting and upgraded flat-panel cherry wood cabinetry. It has a covered patio, upgraded electrical prewiring, upgraded cabinetry, tile and wood flooring throughout, a fireplace in the great room and upgraded countertops and fixtures. The master bedroom has a retreat, upgraded fixtures, upgraded shower and bath and granite countertops.

According to Dunsmore, the location of Tuscany Village was an important consideration when selecting their new home. “It is a different environment (from California) but one that we really enjoy,” he said. “We tell our friends that since we moved in this spring, we have only been to the Strip one time. We spend most of our time in the Henderson and Green Valley areas.”

Tuscany Village features an award-winning golf course and the multimillion dollar La Vita Tuscana recreation center, which is open year-round and has a full-size gym, equipped fitness center, aerobics room, basketball and racquetball courts. Residents also enjoy their own 25-meter lap pool, resort style pool, oversized spas, large covered cabanas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, abundant walking trails and a children’s playground.

To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Cadence Crest and right on Water Street to the main entrance. Sales office is at 1549 Olivia Parkway and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 702-873-7287 or visit www.centurycommunities.com.
