Cobblestone, Vienna Hills open models for touring

Richmond American features 13 models now open for touring at Cobblestone at Laurel Canyon and Vienna Hills, two neighborhoods located in North Las Vegas.

The neighborhoods are located across the street from each other, allowing visitors to tour both at once.

At Cobblestone at Laurel Canyon, home buyers will discover seven single- and two-story floor plans priced from the $240,000s to the $320,000s. These homes are from Richmond American's popular Cobblestone and Haven Collections, offering three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and 1,300 to 2,550 square feet.

Sales agent Dixie Johnson said, "Cobblestone at Laurel Canyon offers a wide variety of floor plans, so there's something for everyone. We have everything from a single-story home with about 1,300 square feet, to a 2,500-square-foot, two-story home, and everything in between. The single-story plans include the Cape Cod and the Southampton, both featuring three bedrooms and two baths. A den is available in lieu of one of the bedrooms.

"People love our single-story plans," Johnson said. "The prices give you a great value, and the floor plans flow really well. The optional covered patios are another nice feature."

The 1,300-square-foot Cape Cod is priced from the $240,000s, while the 1,600-square-foot Southampton is priced from the $260,000s.

Other homes in the Cobblestone Collection include the Nantucket, a two-story home priced from the $280,000s. This home features 1,850 square feet and is highlighted by vaulted ceilings in the formal living and dining areas.

Priced from the low $300,000s is the Manchester, a 2,000-square-foot home featuring a convenient main-level bedroom, a tech center upstairs and room options such as a den, loft and master deck.

"The homes from the Haven Collection have been really popular. A lot of families like how open the main floors are, with the kitchen flowing into the living room. These plans boast spacious master suites with huge walk-in closets and private bathrooms," Johnson said.

Priced from the low $300,000s and $310,000s, the Haven floor plans include The Hideaway, The Solitude and The Sanctuary, featuring four to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths. Depending on the plan selected, buyers can personalize their homes with room options such as lofts, bonus rooms, master retreats or additional bedrooms.

Vienna Hills features designs from Richmond American's Viennese Collection. Priced from the $320,000s, these two-story floor plans span from 2,350 to 3,800 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 baths. All the homes include a three-car garage.

"Our models are the first of these plans to be built in this area, and the response we've received has been amazing. The homes have a lot of curb appeal, with attractive features like front porches, arched entryways and three-car garages," sales agent Andrew Fletcher said.

"Everyone loves how spacious they are, and the floor plans are very flexible. They offer room options like a loft, a den, a bonus room, an extended family room or additional bedrooms, so you can personalize your home to fit your lifestyle."

The largest floor plan is the Mozart, priced from the low $400,000s.

"A lot of people like the Mozart because it has a bedroom on the main floor and a bonus room upstairs," Fletcher said. "The master suite features a luxurious master retreat and a private bath with a huge walk-in closet. Another popular plan is the Brahms, which has a nice covered terrace off the family room and a spacious loft at the top of the stairs."

The Brahms is priced from the $390,000s.

Four additional floor plans are available. Priced from the $370,000s, the Schonberg features a study on the second floor that is located down the hall away from the bedrooms.

The Haydn is priced from the $350,000s and includes a den on the main level, as well as an optional study.

The Strauss and the Schubert both feature front porches and vaulted ceilings in the living and dining rooms.

Plans offer an optional loft or fifth bedroom, adding more square footage. The 2,750-square-foot Strauss is priced from the $340,000s, while the 2,350-square-foot Schubert is priced from the $320,000s. Models of all six floor plans are open for touring at Vienna Hills.

To tour the models, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway to the Losee Exit and go south. Turn left on Ann, right on Walnut and left on Carla Ann.

Model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday, when they open at noon.
