Connecticut house hit by car for third time

Emergency crews in New Haven, Connecticut, responded to a car vs. house accident early Friday morning.

Police say the car crashed into the side of the house shortly before 3 a.m., WTIC TV reported.

They found a tenant of the multifamily home pinned underneath the vehicle. The driver and the tenant were both transported to the hospital.

The owner of the multifamily house said that this is the third time a vehicle has crashed into his house. He believes that if speed bumps were placed on the street, it would slow down traffic and prevent accidents like this from happening.
