Demand more than a home

It’s not always just about the house. It’s price and location, of course, but then there are schools to consider; are they highly rated? What about the commute; is it convenient? OK then what about the neighborhood, the area, recreational and social opportunities? Will we love living here?

Warmington’s Northern Terrace in Providence, a northwest Las Vegas master-planned community, offers such a place for residents to have a chance to play and thrive a family-friendly, recreation-based enclave.

It’s also the only Providence planned community to include automatic membership to The Club at Northern Terrace, a social and recreational hub that serves as the heart of the community. It includes resort-style pools, clubhouse, equipped fitness center, children’s playground, full-time staff and planned social events.

“Access to The Club and a standing invitation to join in on a full calendar of events lends to a strong sense of community, where friends are always nearby and there’s never a shortage of fun, active things to do,” said Raymond Eng, Northern Terrace agent.

“Whether your idea of an ‘active’ lifestyle is working out, going to the playground, taking a Zumba class or relaxing by the pool with the kids, you don’t have to leave home to enjoy your favorite pastime. Living here invites residents to enjoy good old-fashioned ‘social networking’ and get in real face time with friends.”

Within Northern Terrace, Warmington offers new homes within three neighborhoods: Claremont, Westcott and the gated enclave of Emery. They offer 12 single-level and two-story home designs that range from 1,529 to 3,410 square feet. Prices are from the mid-$100,000s the low-$200,000s. These homes include as many as six bedrooms, and two- and three-car garages, per plan. Call the sales office at 877-930-5599 to learn more.

Besides its recreation-based lifestyle, Northern Terrace has access to highly rated schools, including Bozarth Elementary.

An easy commute via the Las Vegas Beltway appeals to many of the area’s military families from nearby Creech and Nellis Air Force bases.

Also, Providence has tree-lined streets, trails and parks and a separate year-round calendar of community events that this year may include cooking demonstrations, story time, movie nights, mud run and spring fling and major holiday celebrations.

The builder has arranged to let home shoppers schedule a no-obligation appointment with an representative from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

All buyers of a brand-new home at Northern Terrace have the advantage of meeting with an onsite designer from Chateau Interiors & Design to make interior design selections for their new home, including their choice of flooring.

The model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when they open at 1 p.m. To visit, exit the Las Vegas Beltway at Hualapai Way and go north for about 1.2 miles. Go left on Farm Road for one-half mile, past Egan Crest Way and turn right on Crescent Mountain Street.

To visit the Claremont/Westcott sales office, turn left on Silver Peak Run Drive and left on Mount Victoria Lane. The offices are on the right.

To visit Emery, turn right on Mount Sheridan and the sales office will be on the right. Call 877-930-5599. For more information, visit homesbywarmington.com/northernterrace.
