Diamond Point promotes yards

Homes at Lennar's Diamond Point neighborhood, located in North Las Vegas, feature yards that measure 6,000 to 10,000 square feet.

The neighborhood features single-level and two-story homes measuring 1,912 to 3,100 square feet. Designs include three to five bedrooms and two or three baths. All homes contain a three-car garage, except for the Newport model, which has a two-car garage.
Other amenities include media niches and covered porch entries, designer-selected appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, hardware, countertops and lighting fixtures.
The kitchens include all stainless-steel appliances, a gas range with self-cleaning oven, over-the-range microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser and a built-in dishwasher.
Also featured at no additional cost are elegant granite kitchen countertops and raised panel upper cabinets with crown molding, a washer and dryer and window coverings.
The model homes shown at the Welcome Home Center are the single-level Laguna, measuring 2,202 square feet, the two-story Santa Clara with 2,714 square feet, and the Beverly Hills, which measures 3,128 square feet.
The single-story Newport measures 1,913 square feet and the two-story San Francisco measures 2,714 square feet.
The neighborhood also features Energy Star-certified homes, which are built to generate lower utility costs.
To visit the Welcome Home Center, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west and proceed to North 5th Street. Turn left onto Ann Road and right into the development.
Models are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
