  The three locations of Memphis Championship Barbecue will serve their Pitmaster Dinner — including fried green tomatoes, vinaigrette crab cakes, seasonal mixed wild mushroom soup, pork fillet wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon, whipped sweet potato with praline sauce, green beans and a pink cookie sundae (and a special presentation of smoked brisket with Eastern Carolina sauce) — as a benefit for Susan G.
