Discovery to hold Winter Sales Event

Discovery Homes is holding a Winter Sales Event at its southwestern Las Vegas collections. According to Gail vanDeursen, sales agent, this weekend the locally owned homebuilder is offering special incentives and financing options at Cascade and Breckenridge in the Mountain's Edge master-planned community.

According to vanDeursen, for a limited time, Discovery Homes is offering additional incentives at its Cascade and Breckenridge collections. "There are thousands available in incentives, along with 3 percent in nonrecurring closing costs to homebuyers using our preferred lender," vanDeursen said.

The Janet plan measures 4,031 square feet and features as many as five bedrooms and as many as three baths with a two-car garage, front patio and interior courtyard. "The spaces in this home are very well planned," vanDeursen said.
