Driving instructor charged after offering passing grade in exchange for sex
A Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration driving instructor was fired from his job and charged after he was accused of trying to trade a passing grade in exchange for a sexual favor.
Daniel Perry, 21, was administering a road test on July 9 to a woman trying to get her driver's license, WJLA reported. At the end of the test, she was told by Perry he couldn't pass her because she didn't fully brake at a stop sign.
Perry then allegedly pointed to his genitals and said he could pass her if she serviced him, according to court documents. The woman then exited the vehicle and went into the building to report it.
Police said Perry confessed to the offer at MVA.
Perry was fired from his job a few days later and was charged with one count of malfeasance in office.
