Dunhill continues spring sale

Dunhill Homes will continue through Sunday its grand sales event at Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in southwestern Las Vegas.

"Hundreds of people came to our grand sales event earlier this month at Rhodes Ranch," sales agent Hadley Goddard said.

Rhodes Ranch is home to the Fun Zone Water Park, a one-of-a-kind water park open to residents and their guests during the summer months.

The community offers 12 single- and two-story floor plans.

Homes range from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $184,990.

"And complementing our beautiful new homes are amenities that are perfect to enjoy during the beautiful Southern Nevada springtime weather," Goddard said. "The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club has been named one of the best values in the area, and offers special rates for Las Vegas residents."

The Ted Robinson-designed course winds throughout the community, offering residents sweeping views of the fairways and greens.

The 6,909-yard course is highlighted by a collection of par 3s, which Robinson calls the very finest he has ever designed.

"Outside is the place to be during the ideal springtime weather," Goddard said. "Whether you are grilling in your backyard, taking in the beautiful views during an afternoon stroll or working out at the recreation center, there are many things to enjoy about life at Rhodes Ranch."

In addition to the golf course, Rhodes Ranch offers homeowners a 24-hour, guard-gated entrance and a 35,000-square-foot recreation center with a full-size gym, resort and lap pools, indoor basketball, racquetball courts, tennis courts and kids play parks.

"There are hundreds of opportunities for fitness and socializing at the Rhodes Ranch recreation center," Goddard said. "You can work out in our expansive fitness center, meet friends in the inviting social area with a piano and fireplace, join your friends for a game of pool in the billiards room or enjoy one of many outdoor fitness activities."

In addition, Rhodes Ranch homes come with no LIDs or SIDs special improvement district fees. Goddard said this saves homeowners thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the home. Dunhill Homes also includes upgraded features that come with the price of the homes.

Among the most popular are oversized garages, standard paver driveways and signature valet.

Every home includes kitchen cooking islands, granite countertops, beech wood cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets.

Every new home in the community is certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program.

This certification require specific efficiency measures, such as energy-efficient insulation, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital-programmable thermostat, and dual-pane, low-emissivity, argon-gas, vinyl windows.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway, then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office in The Majors at 223 Honors Course Drive.

The sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m.-5 p.m daily. For more information, call 740-4111 or visit www.dunhillhomes.com.
