Dunhill offers finance options

With starting prices in the high $100,000s, Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes is one of southwest Las Vegas' most popular master-planned communities.

The Rhodes Ranch master plan offers 11 floor plans and luxury amenities including a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, unique water park, award-winning golf course and miles of walking trails.

Three two-story floor plans are offered in The Greens, ranging in size from 1,534 to 1,841 square feet.

Dunhill Homes is also offering new financing options. Through the end of November, the builder is proving home shoppers the option of lower monthly payments or additional luxury options and upgrades.

"And if you plan on paying for your home with cash, our second financing option provides homebuyers with up to $25,000 in upgrades," she said.
