Dunhill showcases single-story residences

Developer Dunhill Homes unveiled 12 new floor plans this spring in Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The new designs are modern with contemporary use of space and attention to detail. They range from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet. Nine of the 12 new floor plans are modeled and are open for tours.

"Spring is a time for new beginnings, which is what most people are searching for in their new homes," said Rhodes Ranch sales agent Taylor Smith. "Our new floor plans were designed for the way people live now, and have been really well-received by new home buyers."

Three series of single-family floor plans are offered at Rhodes Ranch, with single- and two-story homes available. Among them is the Brighton series, with four plans ranging from 1,838 to 2,846 square feet.

"These homes are the perfect size for home buyers who want enough space to be comfortable without having more than they can realistically use," Smith said. Every home includes our standard paver driveways, granite kitchen countertops, beech wood kitchen cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets.

"And depending on the plan, these homes also include our popular signature valet, extra walk-in closets, bonus storage space in the garage, window seats and reading lofts. Each home has its own intimate spaces we have come to love in our homes," she said.

Plan 2443 in the Brighton series is a two-story home with 2,443 square feet of living space.

The flexible plan is available with as many as five bedrooms, three baths, gourmet kitchen island, walk-in kitchen pantry, valet, home office and two-car garage with bonus storage space.

"This is one plan you can really personalize to your taste," Smith said. "The standard home office on the first floor can be built as a bedroom with a full bath. You can also build the second-floor game room as a loft and fourth bedroom," she said.

Brighton's Plan 2443 includes a second-floor laundry, a window seat in the game room or fourth bedroom, his-and- her vanity in the master bath and an optional fireplace and media niche.

Every home at Rhodes Ranch is Energy Star certified and includes standard features like energy-efficient insulation, low-e vinyl windows, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy efficient gas water heater and furnace and a digital programmable thermostat.

The community's 35,000-square-foot recreation center includes social areas, a billiards room, card rooms, library, fitness center, basketball courts, racquetball court and exercise room.

Outside, residents can swim in an expansive pool, relax in one of the spas, play tennis or enjoy the community's one-of-a-kind water park, which is open during the summer months.

The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club winds around the community and is a par-72 course with lush tropical surroundings.

Dunhill Homes is developing two award-winning master plans in Southern Nevada.

Rhodes Ranch in southwest Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson are both guard-gated communities with luxury amenities.

Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes offers one- and two-story new homes ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting in the $180,000s.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway, then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office in The Majors, located at 223 Honors Course Drive.

The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 702-425-3152, or visit dunhillhomes.com.
