Dunhill to end sale in 2 weeks
Dunhill Homes has extended its sales event through Oct. 31. Home shoppers have two weeks left to take advantage of the builder's Luxury For Less event, which provides incentives of as much as $17,500 at Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master plans.
"This is without a doubt the most popular incentive we have offered this year, and for good reason," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes.
"Where else can you get a brand-new, energy-efficient home in one of the two best neighborhoods in Southern Nevada with such a large incentive? The incentive is also very flexible and can be used toward upgrades, closing costs or a combination of the two."
"Home shoppers are finding there is no other builder in Southern Nevada that offers so much for such a reasonable price," Soucie said. "Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village are gated master-planned communities with 24-hour guard-gated entrances, championship golf courses, expansive recreation centers and both indoor and outdoor activities for their families. Plus Dunhill Homes rolled out two dozen brand-new floor plans this year that have been lauded for their energy efficiency and design."
This year, the builder earned a 2011 Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award for its work to promote energy-efficient construction and help protect the environment through a partnership with Energy Star. Both communities include state-of-the-art, energy-efficient features that save homeowners hundreds of dollars a year in utility costs.
"Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village are great communities for families because they offer such a large variety of activities," said Marietta Manayan, sales associate at Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village in Henderson.
"The spacious 35,000-square-foot recreation centers in both neighborhoods offer regular activities for adults, children and the whole family. They are great places to exercise, socialize and get to know your fellow neighbors."
Summer pool parties, holiday events, fitness classes, craft classes and other activities are offered in both communities.
Dunhill Homes' Rhodes Ranch collection offers single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $184,900.
All new homes include energy-efficient appliances, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat, and dual pane low-e argon gas vinyl windows.
Tuscany Village has 13 new home floor plans with six fully decorated model homes. The one- and two-story homes range from 1,215 to 2,683 square feet with prices starting at $129,990.
Among the energy-saving features found in Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany homes are tankless water heaters.
"In addition to saving up to $17,500 with our Luxury For Less event, Dunhill Homes has committed to requiring no LIDs or SIDs (improvement district fees), which are standard at most planned communities," Soucie said. "This alone will save you thousands over the lifetime of your home."
