Dunhill’s sale ends Nov. 15

According to Ryan Soucie, Dunhill Homes' director of sales, Dunhill Homes is featuring its Year End Blowout Sale offering new home buyers up to $25,000 in upgrades or financing incentives, depending on their interests, through Nov. 15.

"Now is the time to make the decision if you have been thinking of buying a new home," said Ryan Soucie, Dunhill Homes' director of sales. "This is the largest incentive ever offered at the two communities of Rhodes Ranch in southwestern Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson."

Among the incentives offered in Dunhill Homes' Year-End program is a financing option to buy down the interest rate. "If you think you can't afford to become a homeowner, I encourage you to stop by one of our sales offices and find out if this program is right for you," Soucie said.

"Most people find they can own their own home for about the same they spend on monthly rent payments. For those prices, most people want to own their own homes instead of paying for someone else's home. And to top it all off, you'll get up to $10,000 towards options."

New home buyers who plan on paying with cash can benefit from Dunhill Homes' second financing option. "This option provides up to $25,000 in upgrades with any new home in Rhodes Ranch or Tuscany Village," Soucie said. "Whether you are financing and want lower monthly payments or paying cash and want lots of upgrades, you will definitely reap the benefits of purchasing during Dunhill Homes' Year End Blowout Sale."

Dunhill Homes is developing two master-planned communities in Southern Nevada. Rhodes Ranch is located in the southwestern portion of the valley near Durango Drive and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway and Tuscany Village is located in Henderson near Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead Drive. Both communities are guard-gated and close to dining, shopping and McCarran International Airport.

Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes offers 11 floor plans with prices starting in the high $100,000s. This community offers amenities including a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, water park, golf course and walking trails.

According to Soucie, among the most popular plans in Rhodes Ranch are three two-story floor plans offered in The Greens. The plans range from 1,534 to 1,841 square feet.

"For those who want single-story living, our Irons collection has three single-story plans ranging from 1,467 to 1,931 square feet," Soucie said. And those who want more living space, The Fairways and the Majors offer two story-plans ranging from 2,515 to 3,431 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.

New residences at Tuscany Village by Dunhill Homes start at $149,990. The community's 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center includes a lap pool, swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball courts in addition to an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas and park areas.

"There are no improvement district fees (special improvement district or local improvement district fees) at Tuscany Village," Soucie said.

Tuscany Village's sales office is located in the La Vita Tuscana recreation center and is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. To visit, take Lake Mead in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance. For more information, call 873-7287 or visit dunhillhomes.com.
