Eldorado Heights to open Jan. 19

Pardee Homes will start the new year by adding to its collection of new-home neighborhoods in its Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

Scheduled to open Jan. 19, Eldorado Heights will feature seven new floor plans with extra-large kitchen islands, game rooms and four-car garages.

Eldorado Heights also will be the first neighborhood to offer Pardee's exclusive GenerationSmart Suite with private entrance and living areas.

"Our research shows that many generations are living together under one roof - from parents to grandparents, young and adult children," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

Homes range from 2,385 to 4,217 square feet in one- and two-story designs with as many as six bedrooms and as many as five baths. Each of the two-story designs offers a downstairs bedroom. Pardee also will offer its unique optional 12-foot glider window package on the covered patio on select plans.

Eldorado Heights will feature Pardee's exclusive LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, Tuvell said.

Also in Eldorado is Pardee's LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood, featuring homes that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet in one- and two-story designs. Prices start from $210,450.

The gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge and Eldorado Heights neighborhoods can be accessed from the Las Vegas Beltway at Aliante Parkway. Exit the Beltway at Aliante Parkway and travel south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and travel east to Gentle Brook Street. The neighborhood model homes are on the southeast corner of Deer Springs and Gentle Brook Street.

Nearby recreational opportunities include Seastrand Community Park, Eldorado Park and Aliante's Nature Discovery Park. Established schools, retail, dining and services are nearby including the Aliante Library.

All Pardee Homes' sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.

Pardee offers two new programs to help homebuyers.

The company's Homeward Bound program provides assistance to prospective buyers on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.

The Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as long as three years.
